Orken

Privacy policy

Last updated October 22, 2026

In short: the Orken app does not collect any personal data. Everything you save in the app stays on your device. This website uses no cookies and no analytics. The only thing we store is your email address, if you choose to join the waitlist.

The app

What the app stores

Orken stores your settings (language, equipment, weights and workout length), your workout history with ratings, and your favorites. All of it is kept locally on your device and is never sent to us or anyone else.

What the app does not do

The web version

The web version of Orken stores the same information in your browser’s local storage. It is served via Cloudflare, which as the hosting provider technically processes data such as your IP address in order to deliver the page. We use no cookies and no analytics.

Deleting your data

You can clear your history under Settings → Clear history. Deleting the app removes all data it has stored.

This website

orken.se uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts. It is served via Cloudflare, which as the hosting provider technically processes data such as your IP address in order to deliver the page.

The waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we store:

We do not store your IP address. We use your address to email you when Orken is released, because you asked for it. Only if you tick the box for news and offers do we also use it for that, and then the legal basis is your consent. You don’t need to tick the box to get the launch email. It is kept in a database at Cloudflare within the EU and is not shared with anyone else. If we start using a service to send those emails, this policy will be updated before we do.

If you only asked for the launch email, your address is deleted once it has been sent. If you also chose news and offers, it is kept until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe and remove your address at any time using the link in every email, or by emailing us. You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Children

Because the app collects no data, no data about children is collected either.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above is updated. If the app ever starts collecting data, it will be described here before that happens.
